Steven J. Regnier, ACAS, MAAA, FCA
Steve is the President of Regnier Consulting Group, Inc. He holds a BS
degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
He received his Associateship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) in
1993, is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), and is a
Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA). He has been a
consulting actuary since 1990. Prior to that, he had worked for thirteen
years with Sentry Insurance. At Sentry, Steve worked in the Financial
Reserving Department. His primary responsibilities were estimating loss
and loss expense reserves for the various product lines and completing the
portions of the Annual Statement that dealt with loss and loss expense
reserves. In the consulting firm, Steve is instrumental in giving
direction to the firm and providing key client contacts. He is named as
the Appointed Actuary and signs loss reserve Statements of Actuarial
Opinion for over 30 Property/Casualty insurance companies and over 50
self-insured employers and groups. Steve is active in insurance
organizations such as, the Association of Insurance Compliance
Professionals, the American Association of State Compensation Insurance
Funds, the Insurance Accounting Statistical Association, the Vermont
Captive Insurance Association, and the Wisconsin Insurance Accounting

Jeffory C. Schwandt, FCAS, MAAA, ARe, FCA
Jeff is a Consulting Actuary with Regnier Consulting Group, Inc. He holds
a BA degree in Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis from the University
of Wisconsin - Madison. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society
(FCAS), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), holds the
Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designation, and is a Fellow of the
Conference of Consulting Actuaries (FCA). Jeff joined the firm in January
of 2005. He has twenty years of experience with the CUNA Mutual Group in
Madison, Wisconsin and four years of experience with Sentry Insurance in
Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Jeff's responsibilities have included: loss
reserving, the duties of the Appointed Actuary, ratemaking for both bureau
and non-bureau lines of business, Annual Statement preparation and
financial modeling for new products and acquisitions. Jeff also has
extensive leadership experience having managed actuarial, claims and
underwriting departments. He also designed and evaluated reinsurance
programs, and managed relationships with reinsurance brokers and
reinsurers. With Regnier, his client work involves estimating loss and
loss adjustment expense liabilities, reviewing and making recommendations
on reinsurance programs, and modeling the financial consequences of future

David B. Bruha, CPCU
Dave is an Actuarial Consultant with Regnier Consulting Group, Inc. He
holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin
Stevens Point. Prior to becoming a consultant, he was employed for
seventeen years with the Sentry Insurance Group. At Sentry, Dave was
involved in a broad range of assignments in the company's actuarial
department with special emphasis in personal standard and non-standard
ratemaking. With the Regnier Group staff, he continues his emphasis in
pricing and contributes in estimating loss and loss expense reserves for

Jean P. Sticha
Jean is an Actuarial Analyst with Regnier Consulting Group, Inc. She
holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Eau
Claire. She joined the consulting business after nineteen years with
Sentry Insurance. At Sentry, Jean worked in several departments including
Group and Pension Actuarial, End User Computing, and Internal Audit. With
Regnier Consulting Group, she provides technical support for estimating
loss and loss expense reserves for insurance companies and self-insured

Jeanne M. Regnier
Jeanne is an Accountant/Consultant with Regnier Consulting Group, Inc.
She received her Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of
Wisconsin - Stevens Point and has over 15 years of public accounting
experience. She specializes in Corporate/Small Business Accounting and is
a Certified Member of the QuickBooks® Professional Advisors Program. In
addition to heading up the business accounting practice at Regnier
Consulting Group, Inc., Jeanne is also named as the Treasurer for several
non-profit organizations in the Stevens Point and Central Wisconsin area.

Sarah Mahon
Sarah joined our consulting practice in December 2004 as a Financial
Analyst. She is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Chemistry
and Psychology. Most recently, Sarah served as Finance Director for the
Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, Inc. and the Executive Director of
the Monteverdi Master Chorale, Inc., both located in Stevens Point,
Wisconsin. Her primary focus was financial, grant-writing, and business
management activities including budget and financial report preparation,
bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax filing, and assisting with office
technology needs. Sarah's primary responsibilities are with the small
business accounting and tax preparation division of Regnier Consulting

Julie Ford
Julie is the Administrative Assistant at Regnier Consulting Group, Inc.
She joined the team in July 2005 after owning and operating Ford Travel,
Inc. for eleven years. Julie's background in operating her own business
provides Regnier Consulting with invaluable customer service,
organizational experience, and communicative skills.
